Refund and Returns Policy

At DriftBricks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Missing or Damaged Parts

If your kit arrives with missing or damaged bricks, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll send replacement parts at no additional cost.
